Onlure loyalty network ยท Toronto and the GTA

The Onlure loyalty network
one balance at every local store.

The Onlure loyalty network is the customer side of every Onlure campaign. A customer who comes in on a creator's offer earns C$2 in Sparks on the verified walk-in, and the balance builds at every store on Onlure, whoever ran the campaign. The brand pays nothing extra; Onlure pays the Sparks, and the brand's price per walk-in and the creator's share stay the same. Customers join free, and Sparks never expire. For a brand, joining means running a campaign, with no separate app to buy and no reward rules to set up.

What is the Onlure loyalty network?

The Onlure loyalty network is the customer side of every Onlure campaign: a customer who comes in on a creator's offer earns Sparks on the verified walk-in, at any store on Onlure, with one balance across all of them. The brand pays nothing extra for it, because the customer's Sparks come out of Onlure's own C$3 share of the C$6 per-walk-in price. Customers join free.

What does a customer earn, and who pays for it?

A customer earns C$2 in Sparks on a verified walk-in, once for each creator's offer and at most once a day at any one store. Onlure pays it out of its own C$3 share of the C$6 per-walk-in price, so the brand's price does not change and the creator's C$3 is untouched. Sparks never expire.

How does a brand join the network?

A brand joins by running an Onlure campaign: every verified walk-in the campaign pays for also earns that customer C$2 in Sparks. There's no sign-up, app or rule book of its own, and nothing to add to the budget.

A customer's Sparks balance builds at every Onlure store, whoever ran the campaign that brought them in. For a brand, joining the network means running a campaign: every verified walk-in it pays for also earns the customer Sparks, and a customer who already holds a balance from another store keeps adding to it at yours.

How is it different from a punch card or a loyalty platform of your own?

A punch card or a loyalty platform of your own rewards customers at one store, and you pay for every reward and often for the app as well. The Onlure network costs a brand nothing on top of its campaign, and a customer's balance builds at every Onlure store instead of one.

What you give up is control. Onlure sets the reward, not the store, and Sparks are earned on verified walk-ins from a creator's offer rather than on every purchase.

Do Sparks expire, and how does a customer use them?

Sparks never expire, and the balance builds at every Onlure store. A customer can cash it out to their bank by Interac e-Transfer once it reaches C$5.

What does a brand see?

A brand sees its verified walk-ins: which creator sent each customer, when, and what they bought when the register is connected. Sparks balances belong to the customers, so a brand doesn't see or manage them.

Is the loyalty network available outside Toronto?

Onlure runs in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area today. A brand elsewhere in Canada can ask for a capability check on a demo.

What does a walk-in cost?

C$6 when a creator sent the customer, of which C$3 goes to the creator; C$3 when a flyer or static ad did. Both draw from the reserve inside your campaign budget, never from an open-ended bill, and a creator's walk-in pay stops at C$80 per required post. No verified walk-in, no walk-in charge.
