About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Person to join our early-stage team and help us grow Onlure across Toronto. You will be responsible for building relationships with small businesses, presenting our platform, and closing deals that drive value for both businesses and creators.
This is a founding team role with significant upside potential. You will have direct impact on our growth trajectory and help shape how we approach partnerships and business development.
Responsibilities
- •Identify and reach out to potential small business partners across Toronto neighborhoods
- •Present Onlure value proposition to business owners (cafes, shops, restaurants, studios)
- •Conduct product demos and explain how our platform drives real foot traffic
- •Build and manage a sales pipeline with consistent outreach and follow-ups
- •Close deals and onboard new businesses onto the platform
- •Gather feedback from businesses to help improve our product and messaging
- •Work closely with founders to refine sales strategy and processes
What We Are Looking For
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- •Self-motivated and comfortable with prospecting and cold outreach
- •Passionate about supporting small businesses and the creator economy
- •Ability to work independently and take ownership of your pipeline
- •Comfortable with rejection and persistent in follow-ups
- •Familiar with Toronto neighborhoods and local business landscape (preferred)
- •Previous sales experience is a plus but not required—we value hustle and attitude
