I am a Mom of 6 fully grown and flown . New to the Creator field but inspired while creating content. I’m an avid triathlete and a fitness junky. I love good food, healthy vibes . I believe in encouraging others and making every interaction a meaningful one. Personal training coach and fitness instructor. I also have talents in shipping and logistics but not my main thing anymore . I’ve travelled the world for sport and found my home in reaching others on various social platforms . I am a race media director and believe we pass onto the world we once received from. My love of sport gets shared across multiple streams. I am passionate and energetic and bring all I have to my work.
